| Brightoil Group and SK Corporation of South Korea signed Memorandum of Understanding |

| Dated 12/30/2006 Brightoil and South Korean SK Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on related petroleum fields. At the signing ceremony, Vice-President of Brightoil, Mr. Tang Bo and Minister of Energy Services Department of SK Corporation, Mr. Kong Longxiu signed the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the two organisations. Witnesses of the signing ceremony include Mr. Chen, Mr. Hao, Mr. Li of Brightoil and Cui Yuqi and Liu Zongxian of SK Corporation. Members of the working committee from both parties were also present. Brightoil and SK Corporation also officially formed the TFT working group on the 28th December, 2006. Both companies nominated six members each and held the first Kick Off meeting then. During the meeting, they discussed and drawn up the action plans to for the cooperation future projects. |
