| celebrating the Successful Completion of China Energy Economy Development Forum 2007 cum Brightoil 15th Years Anniversary |

| Brightoil, a major oil conglomerate in China, celebrated her 15th Year Anniversary and success on the 19 July 2007 with distinguish guests from the government, international experts from the trade, finance, energy sectors, renowned artists and news media. The event started with China Energy Economy Development Forum 2007 in the afternoon and followed by Brightoil’s 15th Year Anniversary celebration in the evening. Theme of the forum was “Contributing to Harmony by Gathering Energy”. Phoenix Satellite TV, famous artists, Dou Wen Tao and Zeng Zimo, were invited as the hosts for the event. Former Assistant Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, Assistant Director of Chinese Western Development, President of China Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Association Mr. Li Zibin delivered the opening address for the forum. Also presenting at the forum, we have Member of the Chinese Communist Party Central Research Committee as well as the Director of Chinese Economical Bureau Mr. Li Lian Zhong, Assistant Director of Policy Research Centre of the Chinese Ministry of Commence Mr. Wu Guohua, Credit Suisse Bank, Vice-president of Petroleum Natural Gas Research Department Mr. Ewin Pang and Korea Hanjin Shipping Co., Mr. Burkhard Beuther, these speakers presented several topics which include; comprehensive analysis on the Chinese petroleum and energy economy future development and investment strategies, impact of China’s economical growth on energy demand, challenges faced by Chinese petroleum and energy enterprises, and how investors can participate in these opportunities. Marking the success of the forum, President of The National Association of Industrial and Petroleum Industry Chamber of Commerce and China Taidi Corporation Mr. Zhang Yue delivered the closing address. The forum was well received with overwhelming responses from the floor. Numerous innovative viewpoints on the sustainable growth and development of the Chinese petroleum and energy economy were raised and discussed in length during the forum. The forum benefited Brightoil tremendously in her formulation of future development plans. The banquet to commemorate Brightoil’s 15th Years Anniversary started in the evening with the performance of Brightoil’s company song -- The Song of Brightoil<<光汇人之歌>> . Member of The National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Chairman and founder of Shenzhen Brightoil (Group) Co Limited, Dr. Sit Kwong Lam, delivered the welcome speech and highlighted the achievement of Brightoil for the past 15 years and also Brightoil’s future plans. The birthday cake was cut under much fanfare with champagne popping and toasting to celebrate Brightoil’s impressive 15 years, Brightoil’s splendid future and healthy growth of the China’s energy enterprise. The banquet program include cultural village dance by Shenzhen folk custom culture village dance team, songs by renowned singer Yu Junjian, Wang Xia, Guo Rong, Qifeng, interesting crosstalk by national renowned crosstalk actor Feng Gong and Li Zhiqiang, Special performance by Chinese amazing performer, Amiel as well as dancing performance by national actress Liu Min. The night was made even more interesting with Dou Wen Tao and Zeng Zi Mo wits and humour. National renowned painter, President of Tianjin Artist Association Mr Wang Shuping graced the event with his oil painting of a soaring eagle to signify Brightoil’s strong expansion and growth in the industry. Chairman of The Shenzhen People’s Political Consultative Conference, Li Decheng, Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen Chen Ying Chun and Senior Leader Li Hao were also present to celebrate the event. Deputy Mayor Chen Ying Chun representing the Mayor of Shenzhen Mr Xu Zong Heng , congratulated Brightoil and delivered a message which stated Shenzhen strong emphasis on energy strategy and safety; hence private energy enterprise like Brightoil will be strongly supported. Brightoil’s contribution to Shenzhen’s economy was also greatly anticipated. Congratulatory telegrams from Sinochem Shanghai Oriental Storage Pte Ltd, Zhenjiang Municipal government, Nanjing University, Beijing Luowa Group and other associates streamed in to congratulate Brightoil on her joyous day. 15 years might be a short time in the human history, but these 15 years are of significance meaning to China’s private enterprise development and Brightoil’s growth. For the past 15 years, Dr. Sit, Founder of Shenzhen Brightoil (Group) Co Limited, based on his courageous entrepreneur spirits and believes leading Brightoil at the forefront of China private enterprises development. The past had flash across like historical scenes and served as a reminder of the glorious history which marks the success of Brightoil’s development. For the past 15 years Brightoil had managed to overcome all odds and achieved all her aspirations.
