Brightoil Petroleum Group is a private joint-stock company which is licensed by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China for specialized business in petroleum industry, engaging in the sales, storage, wharf terminal loading and unloading, marine bunkering ，land and marine transportation, free-trade-zone storage of oil and petrochemicals, and Petroleum Exploration and Exploitation, as well as gas station and bunkering services.

Brightoil Petroleum Group is the biggest private petroleum company in the area  of  Pearl River Delta, which  owns assets of about RMB 10 billion in total, with an annual sales income of over RMB 20 billion, and employs over 1000  people. The Company has been continuously awarded the honor of  “ Big & Law-abiding Taxpayer in  Shenzhen”,  making great contribution to the development of local economy.

Currently, Brightoil Petroleum owns and runs its first-stage and second-stage oil depots for petroleum products with a total capacity of 400,000 cubic meters (its third-stage depot, with a capacity of 600,000 cubic meters, will be built soon, consequently the total capacity will be expand to 1,000,000 cubic meters), and a supporting specialized wharf for petrochemicals of 80,000-dwt level (to be rebuilt and expanded to 100,000-dwt level soon), which are located in Kuichong, Longgang, Shenzhen, close to Yantian Port. The group also owns and runs the largest free-trade-zone depot for petroleum products in southern China, with a capacity of 200,000 cubic meters, for its own use of supporting bunkering services as well as public service.

Brightoil engaged globally well-known petroleum consultants to implement HSSE appraisal. We have a complete set of operational standards for environmental protection in various aspects such as oil spillage treatment, reducing vehicle exhaust emission, as well as increasing the efficiency of fuel usage and others. We applied high standards to the management of our bunkering practice, as well as the terminal and storage management. We are strong believer of environmental friendly operations and production.

Brightoil Depot has become the storage and distribution base of petrochemical products with well-equipped and advanced facilities to handle a large throughput, as well as the largest capacity scale in Guangdong and Southern China.

Brightoil Petroleum started its oil business in 1992 as just a trader of petroleum products. Now it has extended its business to petroleum resources exploitation, petroleum product storage and free-trade-zone transit storage, sales, land and marine transportation, international trade, as well as marine bunkering and gas station services and so on. In the near future, it will further expand its oil depot and wharf facility, make full use of its current marine and onshore resources and conditions, in order to strengthen the advantages of its scale.
